Returns are accepted for 14 days from receipt. All returns must be in new, unused condition with all packaging and buyer pays all shipping costs (both way ship costs).

All exchange requests must occur within 14 days, buyer pays all ship costs.

Any part returned after 14 days shall incur a 50% restocking fee, buyer pays all shipping cost. Used items, custom items, or any item returned after 30 days cannot be refunded for any reason.

Torch return requests must occur within 14 days of receipt. If a torch is returned due to a functional issue KBell agrees to pay all ship costs and will at its sole discretion, test, repair and/or replace the torch. If KBell determines "no fault found" on any item tested, buyer agrees to cover all ship costs. Should buyer request a refund, KBell at its sole discretion may refund up to 50% of the sale price of the item.
