| PlasmaDyn welding machines are shipped fully insured with tracking numbers to take care of any damage that occurs during transport. This warranty is in effect for twenty four (24) hours after you receive the item. If your machine is damaged when you receive it, you must contact PlasmaDyn within 24 hours (support@PlasmaDyn.com) to arrange for a shipping claim. You must replace the item in its original box along with all shipping materials, packing, and accessories. The shipper will pick up the package and you will receive another identical item as soon as shipping damage is determined. Failure to follow these procedures will result in refusal of your insurance claim. PlasmaDyn warrants our welding machines for 1 year parts and labor on all internal electronic parts. All other items including torches, cables, regulators, clamps, case, paint etc. are deemed consumable items and are not covered. Warranty coverage is for repair or replacement at our discretion, of all internal circuit boards. The warranty is VOID if the machine is opened for any reason unless the customer obtains written permission from PlasmaDyn prior to removing cover. Warranty is VOID if unit is operated outside of its intended parameters including inappropriate voltage, abuse including damaged case, dropping machine, use of nonstandard consumables or torches, modification in any way, or failure to use an air filter/dryer. PlasmaDyn shall use its sole authority to determine such issues. The warranty does not cover shipping to our facility, but we will cover shipping back if the item is under warranty or if the item is repaired. Warranty is non-transferrable. Units are equipped with diagnostic sensors to determine mechanical shock, overvoltage, overcurrent, case intrusions, and abuse. Should you have a problem with your machine, please contact us and will work with you regardless if the machine is under warranty or not. At our discretion, we will ship replacement circuit boards to you should you have an issue. Customers who require warranty work or need out of warranty repairs must contact us for an RMA number. Returns are NOT ACCEPTED AND WILL BE REFUSED unless an RMA number has been issued by PlasmaDyn prior to shipping. Contact us before returning your item. |
