We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of damage to product due to shipping. In the event of shipping damage, YOU MUST KEEP ALL PACKING MATERIALS. FedEx will pick up your package for inspection. After a determination of shipping damage is made, a replacement unit will be sent at no additional charge to you. Please note: Damage must be confirmed to have been caused by shipping before a replacement will be issued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
